By using Do This One ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The Service

Do This One is a task prioritization tool designed for people with ADHD and executive function challenges. We help you decide what to do next — we don't manage your entire life.

Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One account per person, please

Your Data

• Your tasks and data belong to you
• You can export or delete your data at any time
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information

Acceptable Use

Don't use the Service to:

• Break the law
• Harass others or store harmful content
• Try to break or exploit the Service
• Pretend to be someone else

What We Provide

We provide the Service "as is". While we work hard to keep things running smoothly:

• We can't guarantee 100% uptime
• Features may change as we improve the app
• We're a productivity tool, not medical advice

Payments

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• You can cancel anytime — access continues until your billing period ends
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
